Poppekins Shipping Policy

I aim to make receiving your items as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our delivery times, costs, and procedures.


Processing & Dispatch Times

We carefully pack and prepare every order by hand.

  • Processing time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay, we’ll notify you by email.


UK Delivery

We deliver anywhere within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or busy periods (e.g. Christmas).


 International Shipping 

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.



 Packaging

We care about the environment and your unboxing experience.
Your items are packed securely using eco-friendly and recyclable materials wherever possible.



Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey.

If your tracking shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or safe places.

  2. Wait 24 hours in case of courier updates.

  3. Contact us at carla@poppekins.com if you still can’t locate it.


 Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to us, we can:

  • Re-send your order (shipping charges will apply again), or

  • Refund your order minus the original shipping cost.


Delays or Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) please contact us at carla@poppekins.com and we’ll investigate with the courier.

 

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly — whether that means a replacement or refund.
